This preamble and the following clauses form an integral part of the service agreement. The customer acknowledges reading and accepting all service terms via official channels.

Unless the context requires otherwise, company, customer, service, package, invoice, and contract term have the meanings set in this agreement.

This agreement is governed by Saudi regulations and CST rules. The company may update terms with notice via official channels.

The customer must provide accurate data, use the service lawfully, pay on time, and notify the company of any data changes.

The company may set a credit limit or require a deposit for postpaid services per its credit policy.

Invoices are issued periodically including fees and taxes. Non-payment may lead to suspension per regulations.

Service may be suspended or cancelled for breaches, non-payment, or upon customer request per approved procedures.

The contract starts on activation and runs for the agreed package term, including any early termination fees if applicable.

Customer data is processed under PDPL as needed for service delivery, support, billing, and compliance.

Customers may file complaints via official support channels; cases are handled per company timelines and applicable rules.
